Topladığımız veriler

• Hesap: e-posta adresi, kullanıcı adı, isteğe bağlı ad soyad ve sağlayıcımızın şifrelenmiş olarak sakladığı şifre.
• Profil: profil ve kapak fotoğrafı, profil teması, gizli profil tercihi ve sevdiğin türler.
• İzleme: kütüphanendeki diziler, izlediğin bölümler, filmler, puanlar, listeler ve rozetler.
• Sosyal içerik: yorumlar, beğeniler, arkadaşlıklar, doğrudan ve grup mesajları, Watch Party sohbetleri ve tepkileri, sohbetlerde gönderdiğin fotoğraf, video, GIF ve sesli mesajlar.
• Güvenlik ve destek: engellediğin kullanıcılar, şikâyetlerin ve şikâyet edilen içeriğin kopyası; bize yazdığın mesajlar ve bunlarla gönderilen uygulama sürümü, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi ve dil.
• Bildirimler ve kullanım: cihazının push token’ı, bildirim tercihlerin, kullandığın ekranlar ve özellikler (mesaj, yorum veya arama içeriği değil), uygulama sürümü ve platform.
• Hata raporları: uygulama çöktüğünde ya da bir hata olduğunda teknik hata bilgisi, cihaz ve uygulama sürümü. Bu kayıtlar kimliğinle (e-posta, ad, kullanıcı kimliği veya IP adresi) eşleştirilmez; ekran kaydı alınmaz.
• İçe aktarma: dosyalar cihazında okunur; yalnızca eşleşen dizi, film ve bölüm bilgileri kaydedilir. Dosyanın kendisi yüklenmez.

Mikrofon, sesli sohbet ve izinler

• Mikrofon: iki yerde ve yalnızca sen izin verdiğinde kullanılır. Sohbette sesli mesaj kaydettiğinde mesaj, fotoğraflar gibi yüklenir ve o sohbetteki kişilere gönderilir; sen silene, sohbet silinene ya da hesabını silene kadar saklanır. Watch Party'de sesli sohbete katıldığında ise sesin LiveKit üzerinden yalnızca o partideki kişilere canlı iletilir; kaydedilmez, saklanmaz, yazıya dökülmez ve analiz edilmez. Mikrofonu istediğin an kapatabilir, sesten çıkabilirsin.
• Arka planda ses: Netflix gibi başka bir uygulamaya geçtiğinde sohbet kesilmesin diye Epydra arka planda çalışmaya devam eder. Android bunu, sen sesten çıkana kadar ekranda kalan "Watch Party sürüyor" bildirimiyle gösterir. Bu sırada sesin dışında hiçbir veri toplanmaz.
• Diğer uygulamaların üzerinde gösterme (Android, isteğe bağlı): izin verirsen parti sohbeti, izlediğin uygulamanın üzerinde küçük bir panelde görünür. Epydra bu izinle diğer uygulamanın ekranını, içeriğini veya dokunuşlarını okumaz; yalnızca kendi sohbet panelini çizer. İzni Android ayarlarından istediğin an kaldırabilirsin.
• Parti bildirimleri: geri sayım, durdurma ve yeni mesaj bildirimleri cihazında yerel olarak oluşturulur.
• Yayın platformunu açma: bir yapımı Netflix gibi bir platformda açmak için yalnızca o yapımın kimliği Wikidata'ya sorulur; kişisel verin gönderilmez. Platformda ne izlediğini Epydra göremez.

Giriş ve ödemeler

• Google veya Apple ile giriş: bu seçeneği kullanırsan Google ya da Apple bize e-posta adresini ve adını iletir; Google ayrıca profil fotoğrafını iletir. Apple’da e-postanı gizlemeyi seçersen yalnızca Apple’ın yönlendirme adresini alırız. Bu hizmetlerdeki şifren bize hiç gelmez.
• Premium: ödemeyi App Store veya Google Play alır; kart ve ödeme bilgilerini biz görmeyiz. Aboneliğin RevenueCat aracılığıyla doğrulanır. RevenueCat’e yalnızca Epydra kullanıcı kimliğin, satın aldığın paket, mağazanın işlem bilgileri ve abonelik tarihleri gider; e-postan veya adın gönderilmez.

Verileri nasıl kullanıyoruz?

Verilerini uygulamanın çalışması, izleme takibi, ilerleme, takvim, istatistikler ve öneriler; arkadaş etkinlikleri, profiller ve sohbetler; bildirimler; güvenlik ve şikâyet incelemeleri; destek ve hata düzeltmeleri için kullanırız. Verilerini satmayız ve reklam profili oluşturmayız.

Kimler neyi görebilir?

Kullanıcı adın, profil fotoğrafın, rozetlerin ve profilin gizli değilse kütüphanen ile izlediğin filmler diğer kullanıcılara görünür. Yorumlar herkese açıktır. Doğrudan mesajları yalnızca konuşmanın tarafları, grup mesajlarını yalnızca grup üyeleri görür. Gizli profil açıkken kütüphanen ve istatistiklerin yalnızca arkadaşlarına görünür.

Hizmet sağlayıcılar

Supabase hesap, veritabanı ve dosya depolama; Expo bildirimler; Resend destek ve şikâyet e-postaları; TVMaze ve TMDB dizi/film verileri; JustWatch yayın bilgileri; Klipy GIF araması; Google Translate sohbette bir mesajda “Çevir”e bastığında yalnızca o mesajın metnini çevirmek için; Sentry hata raporları; LiveKit Watch Party sesli sohbeti; Wikidata bir yapımı yayın platformunda açmak için; Google ve Apple giriş için; App Store, Google Play ve RevenueCat Premium ödemeleri için kullanılır. RevenueCat’e yalnızca kullanıcı kimliğin ve satın alma bilgileri gider. TVMaze ve TMDB’ye kişisel verin gönderilmez. LiveKit sesini kaydetmez; ses yalnızca canlı aktarılır. Fragmanlar YouTube’un gömülü oynatıcısında oynar ve oynatırken YouTube kendi gizlilik politikasına göre veri toplayabilir. IMDb puanlarını OMDb’den sunucumuz alır (kişisel veri gönderilmez). Intro oyunundaki jenerik önizlemeleri Apple’dan (iTunes Search API) çalınır. Haberler bölümü başlıkları yayıncıların (Beyazperde, Kayıp Rıhtım, Film Hafızası, Öteki Sinema, AlloCiné, SensaCine, Filmstarts, Variety, Deadline, The Hollywood Reporter, IndieWire, Collider) RSS akışlarından cihazına çeker. Web sitemizin ziyaret istatistikleri için Metricool kullanırız: çerez kullanmaz, cihazına bir şey kaydetmez ve IP adresini saklamaz.

Saklama ve hakların

Verilerin hesabın açık olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabını sildiğinde izleme verilerin, profilin, mesajların ve yorumların, sohbetlerde gönderdiğin fotoğraf, video ve sesli mesajlarla birlikte kalıcı olarak silinir. Güvenlik amacıyla şikâyet kayıtları makul bir süre tutulabilir. Verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve bir kopyasını isteme hakların vardır. Hesabını Ayarlar → Hesabı sil bölümünden silebilirsin. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan silme talebi sayfasını kullan. Diğer talepler için support@epydrapp.com adresine yaz; 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz.

Çocuklar, değişiklikler ve iletişim

Epydra 13 yaşından küçükler için tasarlanmamıştır ve bilerek bu yaştaki kişilerden veri toplamayız. Politikayı güncellediğimizde tarihi değiştirir ve önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde duyururuz. Gizlilik soruları için support@epydrapp.com adresine yazabilirsin.

What we collect

• Account: email, username, optional full name, and password stored hashed by our provider.
• Profile: profile and cover photo, theme, private-profile setting, and favorite genres.
• Watch data: shows in your library, watched episodes, movies, ratings, lists, and badges.
• Social content: comments, likes, friendships, direct and group messages, Watch Party chats and reactions, and the photos, videos, GIFs and voice messages you send in chats.
• Safety and support: blocked users, reports and a copy of reported content; your support messages and the app version, device model, OS, and language attached to them.
• Notifications and usage: your push token and notification preferences, screens and features used (never message, comment, or search content), app version, and platform.
• Error reports: when the app crashes or hits an error, technical details plus the device and app version. They are not linked to you (no email, name, user ID or IP address), and no screen recordings are made.
• Imports: files are read on your device; only matched shows, movies, and episodes are saved. The file itself is never uploaded.

Microphone, voice chat and permissions

• Microphone: used in two places, and only when you allow it. When you record a voice message in a chat, it is uploaded like a photo, sent to the people in that chat, and kept until you delete it, the chat is deleted or you delete your account. When you join a Watch Party voice chat, your voice is streamed live through LiveKit to the people in that party only; it is never recorded, stored, transcribed or analyzed. You can mute or leave the voice chat at any time.
• Voice in the background: when you switch to another app such as Netflix, Epydra keeps running in the background so the conversation doesn't drop. Android shows this with a "Watch Party is on" notification that stays until you leave the voice chat. Nothing besides your voice is collected meanwhile.
• Display over other apps (Android, optional): if you allow it, the party chat appears in a small panel over the app you're watching. Epydra does not read the other app's screen, content or touches with this permission; it only draws its own chat panel. You can revoke it in Android settings at any time.
• Party notifications: countdown, pause and new-message notifications are created locally on your device.
• Opening a streaming service: to open a title on a service like Netflix, only that title's ID is looked up on Wikidata; no personal data is sent. Epydra cannot see what you watch on the service.

Sign-in and payments

• Sign in with Google or Apple: if you use this option, Google or Apple shares your email address and name with us, and Google also shares your profile photo. If you choose to hide your email with Apple, we only receive Apple’s relay address. We never receive your password for those services.
• Premium: payments are taken by the App Store or Google Play; we never see your card or payment details. Your subscription is verified through RevenueCat, which receives only your Epydra user ID, the plan you bought, the store’s transaction details and the subscription dates, never your email or name.

How we use it

We use your data to run the app and provide tracking, progress, calendars, stats, and recommendations; show friends’ activity, profiles, and chats; deliver notifications; keep the community safe and review reports; answer support requests; and fix bugs. We don’t sell your data or build advertising profiles.

Who can see what

Your username, profile photo, badges and, unless your profile is private, your library and watched movies are visible to other users. Comments are public. Direct messages are visible only to conversation participants; group messages only to group members. With a private profile, your library and stats are visible only to friends.

Service providers

We use Supabase for accounts, database, and file storage; Expo for notifications; Resend for support and report emails; TVMaze and TMDB for show and movie data; JustWatch for streaming availability; Klipy for GIF search; Google Translate, only for the text of a chat message you tap “Translate” on; Sentry for error reports; LiveKit for Watch Party voice chat; Wikidata to open a title on a streaming service; Google and Apple for signing in; and the App Store, Google Play and RevenueCat for Premium payments. RevenueCat receives only your user ID and purchase details. No personal data is sent to TVMaze or TMDB. LiveKit audio is streamed live and never recorded. Trailers play in YouTube’s embedded player, and while one plays YouTube may collect data under its own privacy policy. Our server gets IMDb ratings from OMDb (no personal data is sent). Theme previews in the Intro game play from Apple (iTunes Search API). News fetches headlines from publishers’ RSS feeds (Beyazperde, Kayıp Rıhtım, Film Hafızası, Öteki Sinema, AlloCiné, SensaCine, Filmstarts, Variety, Deadline, The Hollywood Reporter, IndieWire, Collider) to your device. We use Metricool for visit statistics on our website: it uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not keep your IP address.

Retention and your rights

Your data is kept while your account exists. Deleting your account permanently removes your watch data, profile, messages, and comments, including the photos, videos and voice messages you sent in chats. Report records may be kept for a reasonable time for safety. You can access, correct, delete, object to processing of, and request a copy of your data. Delete your account in Settings → Delete account. If you can’t open the app, use the deletion request page. For anything else, email support@epydrapp.com; we reply within 30 days.

Children, changes, and contact

Epydra is not designed for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data. When we update this policy, we change the date and announce important changes in the app. For privacy questions, email support@epydrapp.com.
