By using Epydra, you agree to these terms. Please read them and our Privacy Policy before using the app.

Your account

You must be at least 13 to sign up. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity on it. Please keep your account details accurate and up to date.

Community rules

Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, sexual, violent or illegal content, spam, advertising, fake accounts, sharing other people’s personal information, and unmarked spoilers aren’t allowed. You can report rule-breaking content and block users. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content, suspend, or close accounts. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users: content that breaks these rules is removed and the user is removed from the app. The app stops messages with profanity or slurs before they are sent.

Your content

You own the comments, messages, and images you post. You give us a limited, free licence to show them in the app; it ends when you delete the content.

Premium

The Premium subscription (monthly or yearly) is bought through the App Store or Google Play. The payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase, and the subscription renews automatically at the same price and for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel it in your store account settings; cancellations and refunds follow the store’s terms. For purchases made through the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Show and movie tracking, comments, friends and groups are free (on the free plan a group holds up to 2 people; with a Premium owner there is no limit).

Third-party data

Show and movie data comes from TVMaze and TMDB; “where to watch” data comes from JustWatch. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. We can’t guarantee that this information is accurate.

Service and liability

Epydra is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and, as far as the law allows, aren’t liable for indirect damages. We may change features or discontinue the service.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app’s Settings. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these rules.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will announce important changes in the app. For questions, email support@epydrapp.com.
